As there were some questions, I tried to contact Optus by the specified customer service phone number 177. It is such a "service"! It also failed to communicate in about two hours! When you press these three magic numbers 177, a nice man's voice explains what number to press so you can choose to find out the question you are interested in. When this is done, the same male voice explains that a conversation to perform a customer service quality check will be recorded. A signal sounds and immediately after a moment, a kind woman's voice from time to time constantly explains that all operators are busy and ask to wait. Nice music is also played from time to time... I also failed to communicate... The first time I waited for about 4 minutes, the second - ~ 10, the third and fourth - ~ 30 (!) Minutes, because now it gradually became interesting how long I would have to wait. Won Optus! I also failed to talk to the customer service operator or operators throughout the evening...
