Clear everything infront

I have loan from Dovenmuehle for past 3 years, when I first got the loan I paid 10% I was paying mortgage insurance. I was told if I pay the remaining 10% they will stop charging me mortgage insurance. after I paid 10% they kept charging me for another four months.
