Clarification for payment

Called the main 800 number , was put on hold more than 15 mins and no response . Then I called the local branch and they started giving me run around what I needed to do for the payment verification with my bank . I did not relent and asked them to look into it The lady kept saying they wont be able erudite the payment .I told her this is the 2nd time I was given a run around about the verification and later admitted the payment was received. She then put me on hold and came back and told me the payment was received . This is a serious issue . It has happened twice .
