We signed up with Zocdoc and were told we would be charged forty dollars for each patient that booked. if the patient did not cancel within 24 hours, we would still be charged. After a little more than a month, we find ourselves owing them almost $3000.00 and there were not that many patients. I have a scheduled conference with their billing person... We wanted to expand our practice and needed more patients...but this is crazy We just found out that my partner is charged 85 dollars per booking as he is a cardiologist. Nobody told me this. i was just told 40 per booking.
