Customer service people have very little knowledge of the program making it hard to have a two way conversation. Every question must be forwarded to some distant head office and answers come slowly at best. It sure would be nice to talk to someone who can actually do something besides occupy a chair. User's recommendation: Be sure they spell out clearly moving support.
