Zero customer service, no billing available, website issues

Hours on hold to talk with customer service regarding billing. I no longer receive a paper bill, can't login to my account for 2 months, then when I did, was unable to verify my bank account, therefore, unable to pay my bill. I had to go to a liquor store to pay my bill by check. Unable to review my usage, etc. I get an email saying how much I owe but cannot access my account for details. Horrid customer service User's recommendation: use another electric service provider? oh, yeah...can't, they're monopoly!
