out of 14 jobs not one was 100% correct. paid in full for one they could not find 2 windows on the order and NEVER were replaced said i should not have accepted if not 100% yet told me to go ahead and take them no refund nothing customer had another contractor finish the job which was paid in full even after they forgot to order for 20 days. job 2 ,14 windows ordered 1 was was to be box frame all the rest had flange he oredered the whole job box frame then charged me for the snap in flange made job twice as long install and held back original install date by 2 weeks even after being 2weeks late with a wrong order. User's recommendation: ABSOLUTELY NOT for windows.
