We keep get calls that say press 4 for drug name, than he says "Hello" and hangs up. Today I got a call telling me I could get a refill on one of my prescriptions. I told them I didn't need it yet. I just got a refill on 3/23/21 for 90 days. I don't know how my insurance would ok a refill this early. I got a call later telling me my refill was ready for pickup. If this doesn't get better soon, I'm switching pharmacies. .
