Your employees need more training

You need to teach all of your employees how to use the computer. I brought a power blower to Rosencranzs to be repaired and the guy said it cant be fixed and there is no replacement. I said are you kidding and he said no. I called your main number and the girl i was connected to had no answers to any of my questions. I talked to a dealer in Idaho who helped me out and told me that the part had been changed to a new number. Then i called Rosencranzs and told the parts department where to find the part i needed. User's recommendation: Good luck.
