I had been buying Knudsen for years until probably 10-15 years ago when you suddenly changed the recipe. It is now large curds and very runny. Very misleading description. Ill wager that it you went back to the original recipe, you would sell significantly more. Its pretty bad ladies and gentlemen. User's recommendation: It is not small curd.
