I purchased your product Kaytee Clean and Cozy small pet bedding Purple. I purchased it from Chewy like I purchase all my products. I have never had any sort of problem with any of the products i bought from chewy. After putting Kaytee clean and cozy (purple) into our Beloved Healthy Family Rat Cage She unexpectedly died 3 days later having breathing problems. I thought she may have choked of had a heartattach or something because it was so unexpected and so sudden. We ended up using some of it in our bunnies cage and guess what??????? He passed away with breathing complications and we literally just put it in his cage 2 days ago. So thanks to your product I had to bury two family pets while my kids bawled their eyes out. I will never purchase anything from kaytee ever again. Its sad you cant replace my kids hearts after they lost their furbabies.
