The service and customer support could have been better, but what did you want from a place that sells products so cheap? I certainly would not expect the economy class fare to bring me a free drink…Goods are of good quality, considering their price and that is why we all here. Delivery times got slower across the globe, so no negatives here too. If I’d go for a premium product, as I do with my watch, the customer service quality changes dramatically and that is why the price on the items is so high.
