You did not send hotel request for second room in my bundle

Booking info- B62DVF Hotel conf # 6084**** I bundled air, hotel and rental for this trip. We arrived at our hotel (Confindante) yesterday and only have 1 room. I paid for 2 king rooms for our party of 5. You have received full payment for this trip and we were crammed into 1 room last night because you didnt send the hotel a reservation for second room. Your customer service is unavailable as I have called 20 times and waited on hold as long as 70 minutes! I have sent 3 emails and attempted to use your online chat service, which conveniently is unavailable also! Im beyond upset as this is totally unacceptable!!! I would expect this to be resolved today and a credit for the second room that we do not have! Michelle Roush 304-532-****
