Scheduled a meeting, woke up early, followed the instructions and nobody showed up. I am looking everywhere and cannot find any real human to get Customer Service. I was going to switch from Apple but with Customer Service like this I think Ill stay with the people who answer their f+&$**< phones User's recommendation: Avoid Microsoft if there’s any chance you will ever need customer support.
