You can’t even look up your order.

Well I just got scammed too. No email, no order to look up. no contact. I should have also read reviews before purchase. I don't think the better business bureau does anything. But I didn't notice that they accept PayPal but I should have paid thru them and I would have gotten my money back. Paypal should shut them down.
