My Kogan account was hacked and my password reset. They ordered something online and it came of my credit card. I can not contact Kogan online because my password has been changed. If I call their complaints number it says they are too busy call again later. User's recommendation: Stay away from KOGAN, you can not talk to them and they support the hackers.
