Customers service needs improvement asap. I purchased a pair of shoes(which was not cheap for work)from one store online went in to pick up and one shoe was damaged. Long story short I had to call another store myself explain &;;;; ask to hold item. Went to the mall to pick and exchange with original receipt was told I needed an ID(which I didnt have on me) and was handled as if I stolen the pair of shoes. Went to the car got ID(after asking for store manager which was not there)(assistance manager was the one helping lack of experience)waiting in line customer in front doing an even exchange(I was doing even exchange on the same item keep in mind shoes was on hold for me) didn't need wasnt asked for ID and was handled better than I was. Ridiculous and unprofessional not to mention they charge my account 3x68.cents
