This was one of the worst experiences we have had with a youth sports club. The owners would send rude and tacky emails to paying clients. When this was brought to their attention they refused to accept ownership of how unprofessional their communication was to the parents. Another one of the things that were irritating is that most professional clubs in the area ask for club dues to be paid monthly. But if you pay your club dues all at once you get a discount of some sort. These guys running this "club" did not know how to figure out how to provide the a similar service. The coach we had was not bad. But the husband and wife team running it made the experience less than desireable.
