Xpmedical privacy issue

I called the company today, and they said they were taking care of the issue of how the boxes are taped for privacy. They had sent a few emails that had not gotten to me. I thought they were ignoring me. This was not the case. The issue of taping the boxes that I receive regularly from them has been resolved. Everyone is happy again. I also addressed issues with the FedEx company and damaged product that I recently received. XPMedical took care of the problem right away. I've been doing business with this company for over ten years, and for the most part, I've been happy with their service.
