Wrongfully charged $50 fee

I had a job this morning job No 1629****, drove to the property when I arrived and checked in I received a message saying that this job was cancelled, therefore I left, about 45 minutes later I received another message saying I was being charged $50 for a no show to the job I had just been told was cancelled. I tried to send emails to customer service they were NO HELP at all and this isnt the first time Ive been affected by unethical practices by handy and again never get any help from customer service. besides the fact I should not be charged any fee for today since I was told it was cancelled I cannot afford it. If this isnt resolved properly I will have to take further actionaction with further action.
