I was terminated for simply making a statement in regards to an order being made. I and others have been targeted by management for simply pointing out holes where managers are failing to support us or the locals stores best interests. One lead is a career Resume Padre who has worked multiple management positions for a year at a time while accomplishing little at his current position within the Clubs ranks. This person views questionable material both in front of staff and members and has referred to other staff members using such terms as [censored] and [censored]. The management at this store have done little to correct or terminate the real problems and seem to target the whistle blowers, and those who are responsible for making this club successful.
