I have cancelled my subscription to firstmet five months ago and haven't visited the site since. Imagine my deceptive surprise to observe in my monthly bank statement that a 6 months renewal charge has been collected by firstmet AYI. Is this a joke or what? I told you five month ago that I am no longer in need of your service thus I demand that a refund for the collected amount of $74.79 be restituted to my account immediatly.
