Wrongful closing of account RUDE CUSTOMER SEVICE AND CORPORATE STAFF

The beginning of June my husband tried to cash a check and apparently it was fraudulent and instead of getting any kind of help or opening up another bank accounts would have some kind of financial institution they locked us of it for a month and unable our logins so we couldn't even see our account got a call from the corporate saying they're going to keep my bank account open on June 19th and then two weeks later it's closed on June 26th I was locked out of bank account my bank account got into the negative of $99 and when I called customer service they said that my account has been closed and charged off User's recommendation: Do not bank with First Citizens they suck and they have no compassion no consideration for the lower class.
