Wrong Shirt and Size

I ordered a 2X Women's Breast Cancer shirt Oct 11, 2016 (per receipt shown below). I just received the shirt today November 10, 2016. Nearly one month! I'm highly upset as I paid almost $30 for the shirt. Not only is it the WRONG SIZE (pic below) it looks like a men's shirt (pic below). It says women but it doesn't look like a women's tee. I'm not happy at all. I have requested instructions as to how to return the shirt and get a full refund. I haven't heard back from them. I really feel I'm out of my time and money!
