Wrong RX second time

Second occurrence where when I got home and opened my rx, found they gave 10 additional of drug I don't use. Took it to chief pharmacist and got the no big deal response. Was going to complain to State board but their fillable form to load. Perhaps a window of things to come? User's recommendation: Check your prescription b 4 u leave.
