Wrong product was sent and they refused to send the right one

My Phoera sent me Foundation 101 which I didn't order and when I asked for the right one to be sent I was told they couldn't do that. I was told I should've refused the wrong item. However, I let them know this was impossible as it had arrived while I was at work and left at my door. When I sent a second email reminding them that good customer service and good business was to send the right product, I was ignored. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM MY PHOERA.
