Wrong Product Cant get customer service

I was transferred multiple times and kept being put on hold. Nationwide has repeatedly sent the wrong product and it is a hassle to try to get hold of them through to them You wait and wait and no person to help you. Finally left messages to no avail and then called again next day and person I was trying to contact gave my call to another who was helpful BUT I needed also to talk to another department and they not only put me on hold but their machine said press 1 to give a callback number. Their automatic system immediately called me back and put me on hold and then to a voicemail. Even though I complained about the wrong products they just say sorry how can I help you. No solution. Also when they call their for my new CPAP supplies their operators have such a heavy accent I cannot understand them. Lastly they switch product brands without asking. They have the Medicare contract so I cannot go elsewhere without hassle.
