Sir We was change the plan on email and given hard copy also with Aadhar card for changing the plan into senior citizens, but not change and june month bill send as per our previous plan,we have again given the hard copy in your cutomer care prabhadevi branch We have request to u kindly chang the plan and inform us as soon as early possible,otherwise again mtnl send bill as per our old plan Our Tel no 022- 2422**** thanks Mobile no 982125**** S
