I ordered a trailer hitch when it came there was no box just a small piece of the bag they sent it in they sent me a FedEx return label they can't box it they won't accept it for shipping due to the size and weight they are now saying it is my problem I would need to cover the cost to return it, their listing was wrong for the part User's recommendation: Don't order anything heavy or large.
