WRONG ORDER!!!!!

I have ordered a Xenith helmet for my son paid for EXPRESS and came with the wrong face mask. Called and spoke with a representative and she apologized and I thought maybe a new employee packaged the helmet. Received the helmet a 2nd time, WRONG face mask AGAIN! Now can you see my damn frustration. Called and told me they are sorry. Mind you, you cannot get a refund until their have received the helmet they shipped to you which was already WRONG on their end. I decided it was a lost cause and I just didn't want to deal with them anymore and decided I will just keep both helmets for both of my sons. A team member on my son wanted a Xenith helmet so I told them I will order it for them, paid for express again. Got the helmet today, GUESS WHAT, wrong *** size helmet. Spoke with a rep. named Angela and still same *** that was said to me before. This time I can't keep the wrong helmet they sent to me. This is so frustrating. Will def. not order from them again. 3rd strike and you are out! I don't even know how they're still in business. They obviously DO NOT CARE about their customers!
