I ordered a blue IPHONE 7/8 case for a birthday gift and received a black (not blue) IPHONE 7/8 PLUS instead. Very upsetting and disappointed. Not sure how ESUREBUY can actually send out the wrong item and expect the customer to pay for an exchange and return. Why isn't there a Quality Control in place? I won't buy anything else from this company and should have read the reviews since it looks like I'm not the only one who had the same thing happen to them. Buy from a REAL and reputable company. User's recommendation: Buy from a more known and reputable company. This company charges and 25% return fee if you want a refund - and you have to pay for shipping it back on top of that!
