As I write this, I have been on-hold for more than an hour. I received a notice stating that I needed to replenish my credit card. I went online and began the process when the operator stated that I enter the new expiration date in six figures. Your system does not accept six digits because the expiration date is four(4) numbers and a "backslash ", so I am on hold waiting to make your employee of this. Let me offer a suggestion: Hire more people. Double check and update your recordings. There are many people looking for work, so hire them. User's recommendation: File a complain if you are waiting to speak to someone if you are waiting more than.
