Wrong Car

I booked an SUV for our family holiday, but was given an estate car instead. We could not use the car because my wife had an injury and needed a more spacious car. We tried to contact Car Trawler in every way we could. There was no phone number and no email. The automated query service was completely useless and was just circling back on itself. I could not get the issue rectified at all and wasted over £400. User's recommendation: Do not use this service.
