Wrong Booking date on the site

Hi, I booked the itinerary from 08/01 - 08/05, but I received the confirmation for 08/02 - 08/05? Confirmation number 2335**** I called 407-939-**** and waited on the call for 120 minutes, but there was no update on the call regarding the wait time. "No cinnamon! No crunch! Pale in color. Seems they have chosen to continue to call them cinnamon. Top & bottom are both same color! AND now made in Mexico! Were made inPhilly. Getting my $$ back."
