No action was taken by ecom express Ideally it was mistake from ecom express. When I have sent the packed package for only Achit books, why was the parcel opened and two separate courier was sent for 2 books one sent to anchit books and one to Chaukambha books.This is not acceptable, why is the packages are been opened and separated whatever is been packed and given in ur hands by trusting you.
