Wrong (a lot cheaper imitation) product received. The product listed on their site was not sent.

I paid $299.00 plus 3rd-day select shipping ( for an original Nikon part listed on their web site for $299.00. They sent me a cheap knock off that was not even for my camera. When I got the wrong part I immediately called them. They did not return my call. I tried maybe 20 times and sent full and comprehensive images of the part I received. Invoice, and other photos of product and box (5 images). I tried calling them for an entire day and only got a rude person called Adam, who proceeded to tell me that the right part had shipped and that I would have to wait for customer service to return my call. This did not happen. I called them continuously for the whole of the afternoon, and until 10.15 the following morning. Eventually a woman called Christina picked up and proceeded to tell me that they sell 100's of these things and that I was wrong as a part they sent would work on my camera. I told her that the $50.00 knock off that they sent to me would fit my camera. I told her that this part would not even fit my Nikon D850, as it was for an altogether different camera. She responded that they did not even sell the original Nikon Part as I found on their we site, and duly ordered. with three day shipping that costs me $44.00. At this point, I am so disgusted that I want to get the original NIKON BRAND PART THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR, or get my full cost (299.00) PLUS SHIPPING($44.00) reimbursed ASAP as I need the Original part for my Job. I waited indoors all day on Thursday 25th to get the correct package. I have since checked Abes of Maine website who still lists the original part even though they denied it when I called them. They have the lowest score with the BBB, and hundreds of complaints about them online. Judging by their rude employees and unresponsiveness I can easily see it now. I want my whole cost, and shipping back at this point as I am going to have to order the part from elsewhere. They are refusing to re-imburse my costs and shipping and to issue out a credit in a timely manner. They are not even contactable today. Their service is the worst I have ever come across from an online business. They have employees who are rude, uninformed, and they are unethical. Please help me recover my full costs.
