Would not stand by warranty

Called LifeProof 2 months ago about a problem with my Fre case paid the monies for a replacement then told I would have to contact warranty service directly without knowing why! They have no phone number only in writing so I have up. Once before I had another problem and refused to pay now it appears I’m barred from LifeProof Warranty altogether.
