Would not recommend Brylane

Ordered A Xmas tree on 10-31; return by Fed Ex on 12/28 and they recv'd it 1-2 signed for by C. Carter. Called last month and it was processed as being recv'd and accepted but still not credited back to my card. Today, Brylane is telling me they returned it back to me but they not sure when. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
