Have been experiencing a technical issue a technical issue with my new phone for about 5 months new phone for about 5 months have contacted customer service months a contacted customer service multiple times I still have the same problem I still have the same problem they all tell me something different they all tell me something different each time just beware User's recommendation: My advice spend a little more the more read the reviews about customer service customer service and go from there Boost has some nice phones but if you have a technical issue you're likely to get caught up in a dead end with no recourse.
