I called talked to an associate about my coffee pot that had stopped working,did what she ask. Cut the cord off and send a picture of the pot that is what was done. # given 30258**** have not heard anything since that was end of December. Beverly Violett PO Box 124 Mount Lookout Wv 26678 old Government Rd. Th 304 872 **** User's recommendation: Help Please.
