Last week on Sbarros Costa Rica. I order a entiere peperoni pizza. The girl told me it will be ready in 20 min. I was with 3 little kids waiting in the car and a let the girl know that I will we wait for the pizza wirh them outside. After 20 min we came to ask for the pizza and it wasnt ready 10 more min. After 10 min I came again and the pizza wasnt ready. We asked what hapend. The pizza wasnt even in the oven. They lied to me all that time. The kids where cryingand s her solution was giving me the money back. After 45 min I went out with 3 slides of pizza for my kids (not all the pizza) and I have to pay for them again. Its incredible that you aloud that people like that can have your name and give auch a bad service. We will have to wait to eat Sbarros in the US because never again in Costa Rica.
