Worthless assistance CANCELLIN WIFE POLICY

Received a letter May 06/21 reference payment on the policy. Our card CHANGED and attempting to change with your COMPUTER. It did not understand UPGRADE PAYMENT 8 times I tried. Your people DO NOT ACCEPT over the phone NEVER got BILLING on the line. Oh yea use the computer well mine got wiped out I do not normally use this one at work and I do not wish to put private information on this drive drive. SO WE ARE CANCELLING User's recommendation: Allow humans to directly talk to real people not computers.
