This is the second complaint about management at the Pisgah Forest Bi Lo in NC. Same problem. They have a clearance area of reduced items but when you check out the original price rings up. You tell the cashier, she tells the woman manager, and the manager tell her that the price that it rings up is the correct price. I made the cashier go look. It was a difference of three dollars. Then I get attitude from the same manager. I should have stopped shopping there after the first incident. Take the time to put the clearance items in the system, admit there was a mistake, or have the decency to be nice to the customer. I will get the managers name. She needs to work at Ingles where every employee is miserable.
