They are not helping me with my order

I am pissed of with eshop. They are highly unprofessional and are not helping me with my order. They are pathetic. I have raised my issue many times and they can only help me but there attitude is so lethargic towards there work.

Purchased made on line on 7/25/20. Received e mail that item was shipped .Today is 8/620 and no package has been delivered.Can not call e shopworld because their corporate office is in Dublin Ireland.(what a joke).
