Terrible service on the long term. Only worth to report to CASE Initially, once you pay the agency fee, they will allocate cleaners once or twice to your house (and never the same cleaner, by the way). After a while, when I tried to schedule cleaners again, the manager keeps on cancelling on me on the actual day when the cleaner is supposed to come! He cancelled on me at 8am for a service that is supposed to start at 9am! Best part: I got so fed up that instead of dealing with him via Whatsapp, I filled in their online form for enquiry, to see if they would treat my request differently. And so, they did. Very eager, the same manager called me back less than 10 minutes after I sent the online enquiry, explaining to me about the yearly agency fee, and blabla. He said that he could allocate me Ms May from Thailand, very good cleaner. And when he suddenly realised that I was already an existing customer, he went MIA.
