I ordered tires and rims thru Alex. Waited 4 hours for them to install them on my car. They did not do a test fit, they just put them on and drove it. After gouging my new rims on the caliper because they were the wrong size, they put spacers on without telling me to try and fix the problem. What that did was throw the whole car out of balance and made it undriveable above 35 mph. After 8 attempts to re-balance the car, they gave up and said it was "fixed". The owner Brian made a half-assed attempt to buy back the rims at a third of what I paid. I took the car to 2 other shops and they said it was outrageous what they had done to my car. They said it was dangerous to drive as they had not put the correct rims on and tried to compensate with spacers which were incorrectly installed. Still Brian refused to refund the full price. He admitted that if I wanted the car to drive properly, I had to put the old ones back on. Now I am stuck with damaged rims that are unsaleable and unusable. Not only that but I had to endure sexist comments, looks and gestures from all the employees involved. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Go to Walmart as they will gladly return all wheels until they get the right ones to fit. no questions asked.
