Worst truck buying experience ever. BEWARE! BEWARE!

Laura GMC experience I am writing this review that is 100% accurate regarding my experience at Laura GMC. I do have all times, documents and supporting evidence to back up everything I am writing. It is not my intention to keep a consumer from buying from the dealership. I am reporting the horrific experience that I have encountered at Laura GMC. It is my intent of this review to provide the facts and inform a potential consumer of Laura GMC to make an informed decision on their own behalf. I will be to the point: 1. I was lied about the mileage before the deposit was given. however, when I filed a complaint, the dealership still lied about it even with the documents. You can clearly see on the attached photos the AMEX transaction of $2000.00 was on the 19th of October. The email the salesman sent me about the mileage was on the 20th of October. I was concerned and even wanted out of the deal. I was told I would loose my deposit if I didn't buy it now because vehicle was being held for me. 2. I learned from the detail employee that a salesman had been driving the truck even after the deposit was made. 3. I was told the truck was in perfect shape (no dings or scratches) before I flew in and concerned if I didn't go I would loose $2000.00. I flew out to St. Louis and the door trim was scratched terribly. I was told that it can be replaced but there is not one in stock. I was told that a new one would be mailed to me because it would be easy to install. Laura GMC went back on their word and threw the card, "WE owe nothing." I was explained that the door trim would be considered warranty and a new vehicle should not have this damage. I was explained that the "WE OWE Nothing" was in regards to accessories and other items purchased to be put on the truck. The "WE OWE Nothing" document states nothing about warranty and damaged goods of delivery of truck. 4. All my information was taken and explained about OFAC (which I was told it would be a soft inquiry). I was told my drivers license and Social Security number is required. Even up to giving my information, it was clearly documented that I did not give consent. I requested that I be able to talk to the assigned finance employee assigned to me (which I waited for 2 hours) before any credit is ran. The dealership states that I gave permission to run my credit with Bank of America with a known credit freeze. That makes no sense and I got an alert on my phone that my credit had been ran 2 times. This was fraud. 5. The finance employee spent more time trying to sell me an extended warranty plan that on all the other paperwork from US Bank that I did authorize. The bank even called me to verify. I requested that the paperwork slow down so I could fully understand and read all documents. He would say, "Sign and date." he was so fast to pull the paperwork from me. He went back to the extended warranty and even told me that I have to worth 1.5 million dollars not to have the extended warranty. I knew this was false. He quickly commented that it is the recommended number for a price of this truck and highly recommends it in case the electronics go out. I declined for the 4th time. 6. I could go on and on ….. but I will add just one more point. The management at the dealership refused to even compromise on all concerned issues I had. They were rude, harsh (even the managements own words on his stance), bullying, unprofessional and no customer service as they advertise. * I am a veteran and I would see in the show room to ask about military and first responders discount. I never got answer as to why they are advertising this and I'm not receiving discount. Further, I was told that the special GMC was running with down payment assistance and no payments until 2019 was a gimmick to get internet sales call. My salesman told me the rate will be high. I asked what the rate would be and asked if the finance manger could explain it better. I never got an answer that was informative. I was told to avoid the sales pitch which is illegal bait and switch.
