Booked 2 nights, 4/27 % 4/28. Pd. $116 cash. In town for rugby tournament. Friday night ok, but had no towels, went to front desk for them. Saturday went to games, hung "service room please" sign on door. Came back,keys eere deactivated. Got them fixed. Went to room, room never serviced,no towels and room now reeked of cigarettes . Went to front desk, told no towels available, no housekeeping and no way someone smoking in room. Desk called owner, i was told no refund, too bad. Moved to Hampton inn next door. Will call Fairway corporate on Monday vut will never stay at a Fairway Inn again
