worst shopping experience ever!!

I have ordered an item from www.nordstromrack.com and after I placed my order my item was priced down and its total cost was $200 less than I paid! I immediately contacted customer service and asked them to refund me the price difference and they refused and said that when I made an order there was no sale! Then I asked them to cancel my order and they said that it was not possible since the item was on final sale! But I bought it when it wasn't on sale! These guys are absolutely ridiculous! Worst shopping experience ever!!
