BUYER BEWARE! thepokerdepot.com's website (pic attached) front page clearly states and in 2 different places that "shipping takes place in 1-3 days." It's been 2 weeks and I've yet to even see a tracking number much less receive any product. Several attempts at contacting their customer service via both chat and email have been met with lame excuses and diverting tactics. One time even stating that the claim of 1-3 days Shipping was merely an estimate. Emails go unanswered. Numerous complaints for the same issue have been filed with the BBB.
